Jeffrey Logan Staffing, LLC Credit Card Refund Policy
This Credit Card Policy Privacy Policy (the "Policy") applies to credit card payments made to Jeffrey Logan Staffing, LLC (together with all successors and assigns, hereinafter "Avery," the "Company," "we," "us" or "our"). Avery will only issue refunds on credit card payments in cases of fraud or at Jeffrey's sole discretion.
Requests for refunds must be made no later than thirty (30) days after the payment, and requests submitted after thirty (30) will not be refunded. A valid reason is required for refund. In cases of fraud, the customer must submit a sign affidavit from the bank or the agency issuing the credit card. Reasons for denying a request for a refund include:
- Duplicate payment entries will not be refunded, but will be applied to the customer's account.
- Inability to report fraudulent payments within thirty (30) days will disqualify the request for refund.
