This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of user data from those portions of the website of Jeffrey Logan Staffing, LLC (together with all successors and assigns, hereinafter "Avery," the "Company," "we," "us" or "our") that are available to the public without a login ID or password (the "Public Site") and those portions, such as the "Employers" and "Employees," that we restrict to users with a login ID and password (the "Restricted Site"). The Public Site and the Restricted Site are, collectively, called the "Web Site." Except where specified otherwise, the provisions in this Privacy Policy apply to the Web Site as a whole.
Avery has created this Privacy Policy to demonstrate our firm commitment to keeping personally identifiable information private. Our data collection policies allow you to choose how much information you provide us and how we use the information you have shared. It is our intent to use this information to help further your success in seeking or filling a position in the field of health care through the use of our Web Site.
By submitting your Personal Information (defined below) through our Web Site, you will be considered to have given your permission and consent for the collection, use, retention and disclosure of your Personal Information as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
Use of our Web Site and Jeffrey's services is strictly limited to persons who are of legal age in the jurisdictions in which they reside. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use our Web Site and Jeffrey's services. Avery will not knowingly accept any information from an individual under the age of thirteen (13) years. In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA"), any information that Avery may receive from any individual who is reasonably believed to be under the age of thirteen (13) years will be deleted.
- THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT
Anonymous Information. You can always browse the Public Site and search for posted positions without providing any Personal Information to Avery. We gather general information about the number of users browsing the Web Site, the number of users who view certain posted positions, and how users navigate through our Web Site. This information is collected anonymously and only in the aggregate. We use this information to provide aggregated statistical feedback to, among other things, publicize our Web Site and further develop our Web Site to maximize the benefits realized by our users.
Personal Information. Avery collects certain demographic personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") through the Web Site, including when you register for a personal account through either the "Employee Login" or the "Employer Login." When you create a user ID and password, we collect your name, e-mail address and state and country of residence, date of birth, social security number, and credit card information. We may also request other information such as your zip code, education information and professional credentials, references, and affiliations.
Any Personal Information you provide to Avery is maintained and accessible only by Avery, except as set forth in the Privacy Policy. Avery may use such Personal Information for its business purposes, including to deliver or provide the Company's products or services to its clients and customers, to establish or maintain client and business relationships, to communicate with clients and customers, to notify clients and customers about Jeffrey's products or services, to provide access to Internet-based and e-commerce activities, and to conduct other activities as necessary or appropriate in connection with the servicing and development of the Company's business relationships with its clients and/or customers.
We also may use that information to communicate with you about new job postings, and other general updates from Avery that may be relevant to you and your search for a position in health care. Avery provides you with the opportunity to opt out of these types of communications. You may also opt out of any communication by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by e-mailing us at info@jeffreyloganstaffing.com. If you choose to receive these types of communications at the time of registration or by opting in for a particular service, and later decide you no longer want to receive them, simply follow the opt-out procedures contained on the Web Site.
AVERY DOES NOT SELL, DISCLOSE OR OTHERWISE SHARE ANY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY OTHER THAN IS OUTLINED IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY.
Other Technical Information/Cookies. We collect an IP address from all visitors to our Web Site. We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web Site. In addition to information provided by your browser, we use "cookies" for remembering your preferences, maintaining information about whether you are currently logged into our systems, and tracking click streams. Because of our use of cookies, we can deliver faster service; consistent, updated results; and a more personalized site experience. Job Postings. Persons, whether as individuals or as employees of a business who use the Employer Section of the Web Site may be asked for their business email addresses, business address and phone, billing information, and a password. We use data collected from Job Posters to provide requested services.
Payments by Credit Card. We use an outside bank merchant account to verify credit card data so we can bill and account for. This Company does not retain, share, store or use credit card data for any other purposes.
- DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
Except as described in this Privacy Policy, we do not disclose information about your individual visits to our site, or Personal Information that you provide to any outside parties, except when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, or (ii) protect the rights, property or safety of Avery, our users or others.
We may also provide your Personal Information and other information that you have provided to us through the Web Site to other companies ("Agents") that provide services to help us with our business activities such as to host or maintain our Web Site; for data processing services; to provide website or data security; to provide operational, analytical or reporting services; or to provide technical support. In connection with providing those services to Avery, an Agent may have access to your Personal Information. Avery may also disclose Personal Information and other information to a third party in connection with the sale, assignment or transfer of some or all of the assets of Avery or its subsidiaries or affiliates or as the result of a change in control of Avery, in which case we will require any such third party to treat any such Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Any such third party to whom Avery sells, assigns or transfers the Company's assets will have the right to use the Personal Information and other information that you have provided to Avery.
Avery reserves the full and unrestricted right to use and disclose anonymized Personal Information and other information, aggregated information or publicly available information that has not been combined with nonpublic Personal Information for purposes including, but not limited to, Jeffrey's internal use and research.
- YOU CAN MODIFY YOUR INFORMATION AT ANY TIME
Avery allows you to change, correct or remove your Personal Information from the Web Site at any time. To do so, simply log in to your Employee/Employer account through the Restricted Site, go to your account profile, and you will find options for editing the information you have submitted. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
In order to keep information fresh and pertinent, your account on the Restricted Site may be made deleted after six (6) months of non-use. Users may change this information at any time and as often as necessary. Although individuals may change their Personal Information, Avery may retain backup or inactive files containing uncorrected Personal Information. Such data may be retained for several reasons, including backups for disaster recovery planning, litigation holds and dispute resolution purposes, troubleshooting and enforcement of agreements. Therefore, individuals should not expect that all their historical data will be removed from the Jeffrey's databases or servers at the time they notify us of any such changes. Additionally, deleted Personal Information may not be subsequently recoverable by Avery.
- SECURITY MEASURES ARE IN PLACE
Avery will take reasonable precautions to protect Personal Information provided to us through the Web Site from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Avery has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure such Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. Particularly sensitive information, such as credit card number is encrypted prior to transmission and stored on a secure and 128bit SSL encrypted server. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary.
While Avery strives to undertake reasonable and necessary efforts to secure Personal Information provided to us through the Web Site, even such security measures do not guarantee the security of all Personal Information, and Avery cannot guarantee that the Personal Information it collects, uses and retains will be protected in all circumstances, including those beyond the Company's reasonable control.
During the registration process, you will need to provide a user ID and password for your account. We authenticate your access to our Web Site through your use of your user ID and password, and protect your information with firewall protections. Please be advised that you are ultimately responsible for the security of your user ID and password. Accordingly, please take care to store your user ID separately from your account password, or, better yet, choose a password that you do not need to write down at all.

As indicated above, we do not specifically collect information about children, nor do we authorize use of this Web Site by children.
- CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to this privacy statement, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.
If, however, we are going to use users' Personal Information in a manner different from that stated at the time of collection we will notify users via e-mail. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. However, if users have opted out of all communication with the site, or deleted/deactivated their account, then they will not be contacted, nor will their Personal Information be used in this new manner.
